You can permanently delete your Homizone account at any time. Once your account is deleted, the action cannot be undone.
Method 1 – Delete Your Account from the App
- Open the Homizone application.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
Method 2 – Request Account Deletion by Email
If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by sending an email to:
info@yonderai.ai
Use the subject:
Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- Your registered name.
- Your registered phone number.
- Your registered email address (if applicable).
Data Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile information.
- Your login credentials.
- Your booking and enquiry history.
- Your saved preferences.
- Your uploaded documents.
- Your uploaded property images.
- Your property listings (for PG Owners).
- Your government verification documents.
- Your property verification documents.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be temporarily retained where required for:
- Legal compliance.
- Fraud prevention.
- Security investigations.
- System backup recovery.
Such retained information is securely deleted after the legally required retention period.
Deletion Timeline
Most account deletion requests are completed immediately.
In some situations, deletion may take up to 30 days to complete.
