PG Owners must provide accurate information during registration and may be required to submit identity and property verification documents.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.
• You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. PG Owner Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property information.
• Upload genuine property photographs.
• Submit valid government identification documents.
• Provide authentic property ownership or authorization documents.
• Keep property information updated.
• Follow all applicable local laws and regulations.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful purposes.
• Provide genuine booking or enquiry information.
• Respect PG Owners and other users.
• Not misuse the application or attempt unauthorized access.
• Not upload false, misleading, or illegal content.

6. Verification

Homizone reserves the right to review and verify owner registrations before approving property listings.

Verification does not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of any listed property.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, graphics, and designs available in the application are the property of Homizone or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Homizone acts only as a platform connecting users with PG Owners.

We are not responsible for disputes, agreements, payments, damages, losses, or issues arising between users and PG Owners.

Users are responsible for independently verifying any property before making financial or accommodation decisions.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities.

10. Privacy

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
